The Powertec Workbench Bench and Rack System is designed to have the capability of removing the bench section and open up the rack. It is on wheels for mobility so it can easily be moved and stored. It also locks in place with a spring pin to make sure that it is safe and the user remains in the centered position while the bench and rack are kept as one; this allows for barbell pressing exercises such as bench presses and shoulder presses. You can also use a free squat rack for power exercises and a free bench for dumbbell training. All you have to do is pull on the spring loaded popper pin to disengage the bench.
